India's Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar today summoned his Pakistani counterpart Abdul Basit and gave proof of Pakistan's hand in Uri Attack in which 18 soldiers were killed. The September 18 attack on a military base in Jammu and Kashmir left 18 soldiers dead and Prime Minister Modi vowed that perpretrators of the 'cowardly attack' won't go unpunished.
